Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience with computers or tablets is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, security-related issues, and/or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents at the facility.
Complete required documentation and incident reports as directed by site policies.
