As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information, promoting a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security-related awareness.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
