As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence at a vibrant food and beverage location. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with guests, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so you will utilize your skills to monitor and respond across the property, embodying our agile, reliable, and people-first values.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.
Monitor the premises for any security-related concerns and report observations according to company procedures.
Assist with controlling access to restricted areas as required by site policies.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide information and assistance as needed.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns specific to a food and beverage marketplace environment.
