As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas with routine rounds and a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, with vehicle patrols, perimeter and door checks, and prompt response to calls for assistance. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, suspicious activity and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify management and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor traffic and after-hours activity, verifying credentials when required and following established access control procedures.
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs and other documentation, and communicate observations and service needs to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
