Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and/or maintenance-related issues through proper channels.
  • Support orderly operations by following post instructions, documenting incidents and/or daily activities, and assisting visitors, passengers, and staff with general questions and directions.
