Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as required.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity within the location.
