As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues within the location.
Communicate and collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs specific to a commercial real estate environment.
Document incidents and daily activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to tenants, guests, and/or visitors as needed.
