As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 11:50 PM - 08:00 AM

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel as directed by site protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
