As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and attention to detail will support a positive experience for tenants and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license and involves driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help protect people and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
