Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Bank Patrol in ORLANDO, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and staff, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns at the location.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and verify identification as required by site-specific procedures.
Document incidents and daily activities thoroughly in reports according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
