Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Aero Patrol in Littleton, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, client representatives, and visitors as needed.
• Support emergency response efforts according to site-specific protocols within an aerospace and defense environment.
