Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, monitoring entry and exit activity, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Control access at entry points by verifying credentials, screening visitors, processing deliveries, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with location protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including warehouses, loading areas, docks, and perimeter points, to help identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor gates, doors, trailer yards, and high-traffic areas to help support the orderly movement of employees, visitors, and/or drivers throughout the location.
