About The Position

As a Security Officer in Euless, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor for unusual activity within the tech, media, and telecom environment and promptly report observations as required.
Communicate with clients, visitors, and staff to address security-related questions and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to support overall security-related objectives at the location.
