As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a major transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the location.
Assist visitors and patrons by providing directions or addressing inquiries as needed.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to maintain a secure environment in the transportation setting.
Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
