As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial and commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, offering excellent customer service and clear communication. Requirements

This is primarily a driving post.
Must have a valid Drivers License for more than 1 year.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas, including both indoor and outdoor locations, to help to deter inappropriate activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas of financial and commercial buildings to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
Document and report any incidents, maintenance issues, or hazards observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with property management and/or building staff to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a professional presence and provide directions or assistance to visitors, tenants, and employees as requested.
