As a Security Officer - Top Secret Clearance Patrol in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will engage with team members and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and support a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
An active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the location, including restricted or sensitive areas.
Document and report any observed incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related threats.
