About The Position

As a Security Officer - Top Secret Clearance Dispatcher in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a strong presence to support a secure environment. Your role involves responding to alarms, managing access control, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols at the location.
Receive and dispatch communications regarding incidents, emergencies, or routine matters in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed, following established protocols for the location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift.
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by responding to inquiries and assisting with security-related concerns.
Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders as directed by Allied Universal and the location.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities when appropriate, according to established procedures.
