Requirements

An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch post, directing information and personnel as required for security-related matters.
Provide customer service by following established security procedures and site-specific policies, adapting to the needs of the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and resources.
Maintain detailed records and logs of dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Communicate with on-site personnel and mobile patrols to relay information, updates, and instructions regarding security-related activities.
Assist in the coordination of emergency response activities, following established protocols to support the location's operations.
Support the overall security-related operations by helping to deter unauthorized activities through prompt and accurate communication.
