As a Security Officer - Telecom Patrol Unarmed in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role requires driving as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas within the tech and media environment, reporting any suspicious behaviors or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and client site policies.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with security-related inquiries and provide directions or guidance as needed within the location.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support site-specific security-related operations.
