Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. Requirements

Possess an EMT certification.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location, documenting incidents as required.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and verify the credentials of individuals as needed.
Participate in site-specific training and maintain awareness of policies and procedures relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.
