As a Security Officer - Telecom Office Patrol in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. You will remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of people at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location, reporting and documenting findings as required by site procedures.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to maintain a welcoming and secure environment.
Assist in access control by observing entry and exit points and supporting visitor management processes as directed by site policies.
Remain alert and ready to address security-related situations, adapting to changing conditions and priorities within the location.
