As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in managing situations as they arise at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns and promptly report observations as required.
Communicate and collaborate with fellow Allied Universal personnel and location staff to address security-related matters.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines, maintaining accurate and timely records.
