Job Description As a Security Officer - Technology Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology and media location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will provide exceptional customer service, support a positive environment, and embody Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity every day. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities when incidents arise.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the location.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
