As a Security Officer - Tech Patrol Driver Full-Time in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional, you will patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity, reporting findings as required by site procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
Remain alert to technology and equipment specific to the location, adapting patrols and responses as needed.
