As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech-focused environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with alarm panels, customer service, access control or badging, and comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities observed during patrols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site staff to address client needs and security-related concerns.
• Adapt to the unique environment of a technology and media-driven location, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
