Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Greet and screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and granting access as appropriate to help maintain security-related protocols.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors and employees in a professional manner.
- Follow site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines while conducting screening activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of screening activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate any security-related concerns or unusual activity.
- Participate in emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.
