You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service while following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary.
Communicate professionally with staff and visitors, providing information and directions as needed.
Support emergency response activities as outlined in site procedures, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as appropriate.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or undesirable behavior.
