As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking action as appropriate to the situation and location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
Monitor and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
Assist in emergency response activities as trained, following protocols specific to the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while carrying out security-related duties.
Document all observations, incidents, and actions taken in a thorough and timely manner according to company and location policies.
