As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and routine rounds. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, addressing any concerns in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related needs and maintain a professional presence.
Document incidents and daily activities accurately and promptly as required by site policies.
Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and requests, providing a positive customer service experience.
