As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors to address security-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
