As a Screener in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, contributing to a welcoming environment.   • Greet and screen all individuals entering the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries from employees and visitors.
  • Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities within the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter and/or identify unusual activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site procedures.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a technology-focused setting.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
