Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to established protocols.
