As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues encountered while on patrol.
Support the protection of property and assets by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring assigned areas.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees, providing assistance as needed while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
