As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and relay important information.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Support emergency response efforts as needed, following established protocols and working closely with local emergency personnel.
