As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with visitors and tenants, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site staff and Allied Universal as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences within the commercial real estate environment.
Assist visitors and tenants with inquiries and provide directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Document security-related incidents, observations, and activities in daily reports according to Allied Universal procedures.
Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or site management.
