The Security Officer SRT (Special Response Team) is responsible for providing a highly visible and professional security presence at the property, complementing existing security programs. The Officer SRT acts as a visual deterrent and is trained to intervene and respond to various security and emergency situations, including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats. This role involves mitigating incidents through early detection and disruption of criminal conduct or other undesirable activities. All duties must be performed in accordance with enterprise and property policies, practices, and procedures. The position requires specialized training, including regular firearms training and rigorous physical conditioning standards. The SRT Supervisor will assist and liaise effectively with Caesars Entertainment Security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and local partners as needed, ensuring proper deployment strategies and monitoring the performance of SRT Officers under their supervision. Essential job functions include proactively identifying and responding to emergency situations, securing scenes to prevent further loss or damage, advising personnel of threats, summoning emergency responders, and initiating evacuation procedures. The Officer SRT must maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons, and must be able to respond to directions from supervisory personnel, especially in high-risk situations.
