As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities, etc. Your role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively. Officers are responsible for conducting hourly tours, ensuring the premises is secure. Access control when checking in and out guests to property, and checking all entrances and exits. The Lead Officer is responsible for ensuring that all officers assigned to the site complete their required duties, including tours, breaks, and hourly logs. The Lead Officer will also maintain regular communication with the client to address concerns and support coordination between the client and Operations. In addition, the Lead Officer will complete required reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as any additional reporting as needed. The Lead Officer is expected to develop a strong understanding of the site and be able to effectively train and retrain officers as necessary.
