Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and manage access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and protect critical areas within the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks and report any suspicious activity.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all access control activities and incidents as required by site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors to verify identification and grant or deny access as appropriate.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs and maintain a secure environment.
