As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to reports with clear communication and professionalism. You will deliver a welcoming customer service experience while supporting daily operations. Requirements

  • Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Have an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Be 21 or more years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, and assisting with directions, badge guidance, and general inquiries.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office and technology work areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
  • Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarm panels, and visitor logs, and report unusual activity per post orders.
  • Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, support investigations by preserving observations and information, and participate in emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.
