About The Position

The position involves maintaining a professional image and exhibiting excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. The role requires assisting in maintaining a quiet, safe environment at the Medical Center and ensuring that the assigned area is secure. Responsibilities include investigating crime and traffic accidents, providing assistance for patients, visitors, and staff as requested, and performing specialty duties as assigned. The individual will supervise and maintain traffic flow at the loading dock, schedule dock time for special events, and maintain a log of all vehicles coming into and out of the loading dock on a daily basis. Additionally, the role involves providing escort of Administrative staff to designated locations in a safe and timely manner and monitoring/reviewing for playback of the Health & Fitness Center camera system.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete SLED firearms qualification prior to employment.
• Must pass the MRMC Psychological Evaluation prior to employment.
• Must complete a ½ mile run prior to employment.
• Must maintain annual SLED firearms certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
