Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year of school campus security experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BSIS Guard Card License is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation to the campus location is necessary.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency is required.
• Must complete all school compliance training and requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• One year of previous security officer, mobile patrol, or event staff experience is preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise campus safety and perimeter security.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and requests from school employees and visitors.
• Conduct incident investigations and maintain an activity log.
• Work closely with campus staff to ensure guest safety and security support.
• Perform regular foot patrols to deter suspicious activity.
• Write and submit daily reports, performing locks and unlocks as needed.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• Adhere to company standards while interacting with the public and emergency responders.
