As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol CRE in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors and tenants with directions and general information about the location as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment at the property.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily responsibilities.
