As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and proactive engagement. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is part of the role. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any unusual activity or potential concerns.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.
Document all incidents and security-related activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
