As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report suspicious activities and/or hazards found during patrols to Allied Universal management and client contacts as required.
Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
