As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any suspicious behavior or hazards.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and staff.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
Assist with crowd management and help to deter theft or other disruptions within the retail environment.
Collaborate with location management and local law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
