Your responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily tasks, supporting a positive experience for everyone entering the location. Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.
  • Assist with visitor and employee check-in and check-out processes, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms, and report any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and/or assisting with general inquiries from visitors and staff.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal management.
