Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
Verify identification and manage access control for individuals entering or exiting the location.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms from the front desk area.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and any security-related incidents.
Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.
Follow emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
