About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location connected to a professional sports organization, helping to support a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and staff. This is a driving post where you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property protocols, helping to support authorized entry and address questions or concerns with professionalism.
Assist with routine inspections of the location for hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts for follow-up.
