As a Security Officer - Resort Sites in Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and personnel.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or irregularities according to established procedures.
Collaborate with hotel or resort staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters and support the overall guest experience.
Remain alert to surroundings and communicate any observed issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
