As a Front Desk Officer at a residential location, you will welcome residents and guests, help manage access and visitor sign-in, monitor cameras and alarms, and respond to calls for assistance with calm, clear communication. You will document security-related events, coordinate with property staff and emergency responders, and deliver a professional, service-first presence. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal site-specific policies, access procedures, and other security-related post instructions.
• Control access to the residential location by greeting entrants, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor and vendor logs.
• Monitor cameras, alarm panels, intercoms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from on-site management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal supervision as appropriate.
• Complete daily reports and incident documentation, communicate shift updates during handoff, and support emergency response activities such as fire alarms and medical calls per site guidance.
